PAYMENT, REFUND, & CANCELLATION POLICIES

REGISTRATION FEE: At the time you submit your registration, you will also submit a non-refundable fee to Behavior By Bailey which acts as a reservation for a seat at this workshop. The timing of your registration and payment determines the amount of the non-refundable fee and costs – earlier registrations will incur a lesser fee.

Please be sure that you BOTH submit the registration form AND complete payment via PayPal to register and secure a seat for this workshop.

COSTS: The cost of the workshop is determined by when you submit your registration and pay your installments.

• Attendees who submit their $50 non-refundable registration fee by December 31, 2018, their first installment ($345) by January 31, 2019 and the balance ($300) by March 31, 2019, will pay $695 total.
• Attendees who submit their $100 non-refundable registration fee from January 1 – 14, 2019, their first installment ($395) by January 31, 2019, and the balance ($300) by March 31, 2019 will pay $795 total.
• Attendees who submit their registration on or after January 14 through March 31 will pay a $150 non-refundable registration fee and the total payment will be $795, with final balance ($645) due by March 31, 2019.
• Anyone registering from April 1, 2019 onward will pay $845, and no refund of any fees will be possible.

LATE PAYMENT: Late payments of the installments will increase the final balance amount owed, based upon when the payment is finally made.

CANCELLATION: Behavior By Bailey understands that life can get in the way of workshop attendance. However, the costs associated with this event remain. Therefore, cancellations at any time will incur at least the loss of the initial registration fee. Cancellations after February 28 through March 31, 2019  will incur loss of the deposit PLUS loss of 50% of the installments due. After April 1, 2019, cancellations will result in forfeiture of all payments.
